Ongoing Activities:
- Mindfulness Meditation Sitting Group
Day/Time: Thursday Evenings, 7:00-8:15pm
Location: Unitarian Society of New Haven (Room 102),

A weekly, drop-in sitting group, free of charge and open to the public
(beginners particularly welcome). The format usually includes a 30 minute period of
breathing meditation followed by a short reading (usually from a contemporary Buddhist teacher)
with facilitated discussion to relate the reading to one's own meditation practice. For more information,
please contact us, or just drop in.
Note: The sitting group will
not be meeting on the following days:
